Weekend Time

I'm looking forward to a relaxing weekend. We've got some things going on but not too much. We're headed over to Wages and Jen's house tonight for dinner. We go to church with them at Wedgwood. They have 2 little girls; one is 4 and the other just turned 1 and they are so sweet. Joshua is looking forward to playing with Avery. He's woke up so excited that we were going to Avery's house tonight.

Then tomorrow, Joshua has a soccer game at 10am and he also gets his soccer pictures done tomorrow at 9:30. I'm excited about getting these and hopefully all the kiddos will cooperate and take a good team picture. You never can tell with 3 and 4 year olds. Other than these few things we will have the rest of the weekend to chill out. Rodney has papers to write and finals to study for so he'll stay busy with that and me and Joshua will find something to get into. If it's pretty on Saturday I may take him to the zoo when he gets up from his nap so Rodney can have to quiet study time. Since we are going to Wages and Jen's house tonight we will probably have our family move night Saturday night. This has become such a fun time for us. It's nice sitting down as a family and watching a silly movie and laughing together. It's breaks all of the stress from our week up and reminds me that my family is the most important thing I have. I love my guys! The Lord has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams with Rodney and Joshua.

Fort Joshua

Joshua wanted to set up his bottom bunk bed as a fort so he could sleep in it. He also says it's his tent and that he is camping. He's so cute!!! We'll sit in his "fort" before bedtime and read his bedtime stories and say our prayers and he's so excited about it. Just another new adventure with Joshua! I love being a mommy!

Easter Basket Fun

Every year the "Easter Bunny" comes to our house the night before Easter Sunday and hides Joshua's easter basket. Joshua has to go around the house and find where the easter bunny hid it. We have a lot of fun with this cool tradition.

Joshua went easter egg hunting today and had so much fun. We have a 90% chance of rain and thunderstorms tomorrow so we figured we had better do our easter egg hunt today. Here's some pictures from our fun time.
